    the arguments FOR censorship are
    - that some people are at risk of influence
    - that it is against principles of australia
    - that the government is trying to protect everyone

    AGAINST
    - that australians have the right to freedom of choice
    - that that a rating system would solve most problems

    The stakeholders are
    - the gamers who want the freedom to play anything they choose
    - the adults/parents who want to prevent children being influenced
    - the government wants to protect the wider majority from influence.

    stakeholders
    audiences (gamers), game makers,
people who are concerned about violent society. anti violence advocates,
    pros of censorship
protects society from turning violent, stops breeding of violence, prevents triggering dangerous reactions. stops young venerable people buying them, stops society from going backwards. can be used as a guide for gamers.
    cons of censorship
takes away freedom, does not allow gamers a fantasy experience. over protective. people should have the right to choose,
